Should guests choose to cancel their food order or leave the restaurant once preparation has commenced, for reasons unrelated to the restaurant's service or obligations, we reserve the right to retain a reasonable portion of the deposit to cover any unavoidable costs incurred.

Any deductions will be fair, transparent and proportionate to the actual loss, with consideration given to any costs saved. Where applicable, a clear breakdown will be provided, and any remaining deposit balance will be refunded.

In the event of concerns regarding food quality, service or significant delays, each situation will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair and reasonable resolution.
